Winfred has three decades of experience in the Market Research industry and has worked with many leading consumer brands and corporates, helping them build their brand and marketing strategy through research based insights. He has hands on experience in successfully leading offshoring strategies and establishing global in-house competency centers in the KPO/ITES sector, specifically in digital/online Market Research, Brand and Media research, Social Media research, Data Analytics and Insights.
His last stint was at MetrixLab (a Macromill group company) where he was heading the India organization, the Global Learning and Development department, and served the board of the Indian entity for 15 years. His tryst with market research started in the late eighties at Kirloskar Consultants in Pune, where he started his career and learnt the basics of market research. Over the years, he worked with marquee MR companies in the Indian sub-continent like ORG, ORG-MARG, AC Nielsen (now Nielsen). He had a brief exposure to the Middle Eastern market as head of MR for GCC countries, based out of Riyadh.


Driven by his passion in leadership training and coaching, Winfred is also a certified practitioner and evangelist of Appreciative Inquiry (AI) and leadership through Emotional Intelligence (EQ) for bringing positive transformation at workplace. He has conducted several trainings and workshops on the subject, and has been a motivational speaker and panelist in many corporate and academic forums. Currently, he’s developing his change model – ‘Transform To Thrive (triple ‘T’), which focuses on bringing about positive change in individuals, teams, organizations and communities.
