Identification of the perfect model to cater to the E-commerce clients

SUMMARY

One of the clients was procuring various PUPs from many distributors for the E-commerce sales. It was needed to minimise the situation of Out-of-Stock of different PUPs to ensure the availability. It was also necessary to minimise the servicing costs. Our tool helped to build a model to increase the PUP availability at an optimised cost and thereby ensuring an efficient customer service.
