SUMMARY

One of the CPG clients was having difficulty in figuring out the “On Shelf Availability”. Also, false alerts were generated and were realised only when the sales representatives visited the stores. Our solution helped the client to cope with these challenges.

METHODOLOGY

• Identification of ‘zero scan’ days for the different SKUs at the retailers’ POS

• Analysis at SKU levels to generate store level alerts each day

• Drawing insights based on competition, sales velocity, demand trends, operational activities, frequency of store visits to activate alerts

• Real time dashboards to check inventories, out of stock SKUs, replenishment rates and inventory turn over
